Start Planning Your Event!

Interested in planning an event at Waterfront Park? We offer three pathways to activating the Park: Programming Roster, Rental or Park Use. Please review the criteria below for information that best fits with your request.

Pathways to Activate Waterfront Park

  • Best for local artists, performances, creatives, instructors and community organizations looking to partner with us in programming at Waterfront Park.
  • Note, this is different from renting space at Waterfront Park
  • A commercial component (e.g., ticket sales, vendor booths, or marketing event)
  • Over 100 participants (large gatherings, festivals, corporate functions)
  • A private event (e.g., weddings, private receptions, invite-only celebrations)
  • Major infrastructure needs (e.g., tents, staging, large-scale equipment)
  • Smaller, public, or non-commercial activities
  • Community gatherings under 100 participants
  • Free or open-to-the-public events (e.g., meetups, small performances, wellness classes)
  • Minimal infrastructure needs (e.g., small pop-ups with no large structures)
