Nancy Nomellini
Guiding July Classes
(She/Her) A Taiwanese American yoga teacher and the studio owner of Mother Yoga in Seattle Washington.
Nancy teaches 200 & 300 hour teacher trainings throughout the United States as well as spiritual retreats throughout Northern India. Her vast knowledge of yogic texts and the world’s great spiritual traditions and her ability to weave this wisdom throughout her classes has made her a highly sought teacher.
Nancy’s classes are inspiring, passionate and profoundly transformative and come from a lifetime of spiritual exploration, creative expression and the blessings and inevitable difficulties of daily life. Her classes combine the dharma of yoga philosophy and allied traditions, mantra, thoughtful, inventive sequencing, soulful music, physical and emotional intensity as well as wisdom and humor to create a challenging, integrated yogic experience that awakens us and brings forth our natural qualities of courage, compassion and joyful energy.

Guiding August Classes
(They/Them) My journey to discover my passion for teaching yoga has been one of the most fulfilling journeys of my life. I transitioned from professional dance to yoga because I believe that yoga deeply nourishes our bodies: physically, mentally, and energetically. My teaching work inspires me to create flows that bring together conscious knowledge, meditative reflection, strength, flexibility, exertion, and release.
My classes emphasize conscious pranayama techniques to harvest a deeper connection between mind and body. I love seeing and hearing the breath of my students bring them back into their bodies and into the present moment. My goal is always to foster a safe, inclusive space for every human who comes into my orbit. The greatest gift of yoga is to connect with ourselves and to be in community with others on their journey toward healing transformation and deeper consciousness. With every intention we set, with every breath we take, we awaken the divine within.

Guiding September Classes
(She/Her) As a seasoned technologist from India, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest yoga teachers, including Regeesh Vattakandy and Mrinali Madhukar. I specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa.
As an artist, I am always exploring how to use my mind and body to their full potential through various forms of art and yoga. My curiosity about the science behind body movements and the brain led me to study and practice yoga, and I have come to believe that our bodies are capable of achieving almost anything if we can convince our minds to allow it. I am grateful for the strength and energy that yoga brings into my life, and I am eager to share these benefits with others.
