Free parkour movement classes at Pier 62 with Parkour Visions, open to all

Have you ever seen parkour, obstacle course racing, or ninja warrior and wanted to give it a try but weren’t sure where to start? Come out and learn the basics of parkour — balancing, locomotion, jumping, vaulting, and swinging — under the guidance of experienced parkour teachers.

Different stations teach you basic falling safety, fun movement games to play with your family, and individual skills. Open to all ages and abilities with a focus on youth-friendly instruction, come play with us!

Parkour will be held outdoors. Waivers are required. Participants are asked to dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. There will be multiple stations —for vaulting, swinging, jumping, and balancing themed — from which to choose once participants have signed waiver. Children must participate with an adult, no drop-offs.

Location: Pier 62

Class recommended for: Ages 4+

Price: Free

Planning to come?

Help us get things rolling smoothly by signing this waiver before you join in!

What if it’s raining?

Class is still on! Parkour Visions can adapt to wet conditions, which can provide new and interesting challenges.

  • Coaches must wear a well-sealed N95s, KN95s, or KF94 mask while teaching both youth AND adult classes.

Kids practice parkour on a set of parallel bars while an instructor looks on: one girl with light brown skin looks down while cresting over the top bar. A bluebird sky and the Salish Sea are visible behind them.
