About the Event

UPDATE: August 28th, 2024 6pm Yoga class has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Join Friends of Waterfront Park at Pier 62 for a fun exploration of yoga with Atlee of Treasure Movement. These classes are geared toward those who want to explore their yoga practice and build strength and mobility. Atlee’s teaching is designed to give you the tools and foundation to dig deeper into the mind and body’s potential. Each week, participants will explore basic foundational poses and focus on tuning and connecting with the breath. Movements will open up difficult, hard-to-reach muscles that may limit flexibility, all while focusing on the breath and building peace from within.

Check-in begins at 5:45pm. Please arrive promptly to secure your spot. The class will be held outdoors. Waivers are required. Pre-registration is encouraged, but drop-ins are still welcome. Dress comfortably for the weather, bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
