Rejuvenate your mind and body with breath meditation and a crystal bowl sound bath.

All ages welcome!

About the Event

We’ll open the session with a short breath meditation “warm up” that will prepare us for deep relaxation. After connecting with our breath we’ll shift into a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath where your body can rest and the nervous system can reset.

Giving ourselves the opportunity to release what no longer serves us, recalibrate and begin anew is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves.  When we can connect with our breath, we can enjoy all that peace outside the hamster wheel of our thoughts. If you’re looking for a reset, this space may be for you!

Meet the Instructor: Heather Ace Adams

Heather Adams is a breath meditation teacher and writer based in the Pacific Northwest. She is currently working to reconnect people with ancestral ways to heal the body, mind and soul. When she’s not facilitating a ceremony, you can find her traveling to a new exciting place (or old favorite), fussing over her houseplants or dance-walking around the neighborhood.

Semi Woo seeks to offer warm, inclusive and compassionate spaces for BIPOC and their allies to heal and discover their true nature. The focus is on mindfulness, self compassion, ancestral healing and the holistic use of spiritual and plant medicine to heal the body, mind and soul.
