What is the difference between a Rental Request and Park Use Request?

Rental Request

• A commercial component (e.g., ticket sales, vendor booths, or marketing event).
• Over 100 participants (large gatherings, festivals, corporate functions).
• A private event (e.g., weddings, private receptions, invite-only celebrations).
• Major infrastructure needs (e.g., tents, staging, large-scale equipment).

Park Use

• Smaller, public, or non-commercial activities.
• Community gatherings under 100 participants.
• Free or open-to-the-public events (e.g., meetups, small performances, wellness classes).
• Minimal infrastructure needs (e.g., small pop-ups with no large structures).
