Meet the Performers
Aurora Ave
Aurora Ave is an eight piece indie band that has created a youthful blend of Indie-Rock, Jazz, and J-Pop into something uniquely their own.
Forming in founding member Koh Casaba’s front yard during the pandemic, the then high schoolers formed a bond and creative process that pushed them to perform all across Western Washington, with notable highlights including STG’s More Music @ The Moore and a West Coast tour in the Summer of 2024 and be placed in 2025’s Capitol Hill Block Party lineup. Against all odds, the group continues to create and explore with their sound, with the newest double single Every Side Of You culminating in the band’s new sonic direction.
Kaira Soin
Kaira Soin is a sitarist, composer, and cross-cultural musician whose artistry draws from the deep wells of Indian classical tradition while reaching boldly into jazz, R&B, and neo-soul. A fourteen-time international Gold Prize recipient, she has performed at some of the world’s most storied concert halls; Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and the Mozarteum in Salzburg. As a Seattle native, Kaira has also celebrated her Sitar performances as part of Seattle Theatre’s Group prestigious More Music @ the Moore program.
