About the Event

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Ren Xue Qigong sessions at Pier 62! Ren Xue is perfect for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being. Ren Xue Qigong is a holistic practice that combines movement, breathing, and meditation to help you cultivate inner peace, balance, and vitality.

This class will be taught by certified Yuan Gong instructor, Heru TchaasAmen, who will help participants cultivate the 5 essential heart qualities: trust, openness, love, gratitude and gongjing (respect for all things). You will learn a variety of gentle movements and techniques designed to help you connect with your body and mind, release tension, and promote relaxation. With regular practice, Ren Xue Qigong can help boost your immune system, reduce stress, and improve your overall physical and mental health.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is suitable for all levels. We invite you to come and experience the benefits of Ren Xue Qigong for yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment. Don’t miss this opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Attendees must read and agree to a waiver in order to participate in this activity. You may do this in advance via the registration page linked below.
