This June, Free Flo Fit Melanin Summer is coming to Pier 58! This annual event features a variety of fitness classes, live music, food, and a community market highlighting a diverse lineup of BIPOC-owned businesses.
Proudly Partnered with Free Flo Fit
Free Flo Fit, co founded by Shontia Whitehead and Adeaze Medani, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering BIPOC communities by making health and fitness more affordable, inclusive, and accessible. Through movement, nutrition, mental health awareness, and community engagement, we work to remove barriers to wellness and create culturally responsive programming that centers and uplifts BIPOC individuals and families, while remaining open and welcoming to all members of the community.
Our goal is to foster a culture of well being and holistic wellness for all.

Friends strives to ensure Waterfront Park, and our events are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to everyone.
Waterfront Park is an outdoor space in downtown Seattle providing various amenities such as wheelchair accessible seating, shade, water stations, cooling fans, and ADA accessible restrooms.
