Be a Part of the Global Celebration

This summer Seattle will host 6 matches for the World Cup, and with them, hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world. With the 20-acre world class Waterfront Park right next door to Seattle Stadium, Friends of Waterfront Park is excited to extend an invitation to businesses, brands, and organizations to host free public-facing events at Waterfront Park during the world’s biggest game.

Proposed events should take place between June 13, 2026 and July 19, 2026. All events hosted at Waterfront Park throughout this time frame must be free and open to the public, creating an inclusive, vibrant experience for residents and visitors alike during this global moment.

We welcome a wide range of event concepts, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate-hosted public events and beer gardens
  • Sports team and brand activations
  • Tailgates and fan-forward gatherings
  • Food, beverage, and artisan markets or festivals
  • Other creative, community-oriented event concepts

Additional details regarding application timelines, site availability, fees, operational requirements, and permitting will be shared with interested applicants.

This is an opportunity for businesses to help shape how Seattle shows up on the world stage, bringing people together along the waterfront to celebrate sport, culture, community, and connection during a truly global moment.

We look forward to reviewing your ideas and partnering to activate Waterfront Park as a destination for collective celebration, gathering, and unforgettable memories.
