About the Class

HIIT The Pier is a fun, 30-minute, high-intensity interval training class that will keep you feeling good all day. Different from many classic HIIT classes, this class uses non-ballistic movements that improve strength, stability, and flexibility. No equipment needed!

To safely participate, we require participants to be injury-free and in reasonably good health. Please arrive promptly to secure your spot! Join us for one class or attend the entire 4-week series. The class will be held outdoors with a limit of 20 participants. Completing an on-site waiver, wearing a mask, and social distancing is required. Participants are asked to arrive 20 mins before class, dress for the weather, bring a water bottle.

Class recommended for: Adults in good basic health
