Waterfront Park is Seattle’s gathering place for every season—and this fall, the calendar is filled with events that bring the community together. From cozy Saturdays spent at our firepit socials to festive celebrations, the waterfront is alive with energy and connection.
The season begins with Railroad Way South Gameday Activations on October 20, November 9, and November 30. In partnership with The Hall, these gatherings near Lumen Field are the perfect place to eat, drink, and share in the excitement of game day. On October 10, Pier 66 transforms into an outdoor roller rink for Roller Boogie at Bell Harbor, a free evening under disco lights with live music, skate rentals, and food trucks with the Port of Seattle.
October continues with Backyard Bash with Signature SELECT Life on October 17 at Pier 62, a community event designed to celebrate the season with food, fun, and family activities. For those seeking wellness, Tuli Lodge will host two preview pop-ups on October 11 and October 18 before launching its six-month stay at Pier 62 on November 1. This new offering brings two wood-fired saunas and cold plunges to the waterfront, creating a unique opportunity to reset, recharge, and connect in a communal setting.
Also beginning October 25 are the beloved Waterfront Park Firepit Socials, which return every Saturday afternoon through April 11. With glowing firepits, warm drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere, these gatherings have become a favorite way to slow down and enjoy the fall and winter season along the bay.
Halloween weekend brings its own magic to the waterfront. On October 31, we host Frights and Delights, an all-day Halloween celebration that begins with a youth costume contest and Zumba session, then shifts into an evening filled with music, food, and adult festivities on the Park Promenade.
The season concludes on a festive note with the Holiday Market at Pier 62, held November 29 and 30 in partnership with Northwest Marketplaces. Visitors can browse gifts and crafts from local vendors while enjoying the sparkle of the waterfront in late fall.
Together, these programs reflect the spirit of Waterfront Park: free and open events designed to foster connection, creativity, and belonging, alongside special ticketed offerings that add new experiences to the mix. With more activations to come, the season is only just beginning.
Whether you’re gliding on skates, gathering by the fire, stepping into a sauna, or celebrating cultural traditions, fall at Waterfront Park is full of possibilities. This is Seattle’s place to meet, to share, and to experience the changing season together.
