Experience a 30‑minute class with The Next Level Fitness dedicated to building stability and strength over time

Experience a 30-minute class dedicated to building stability and strength over time. This class is tailored to guide participants through careful low-ballistic movements and is progressively beneficial over the course of the four weeks. Participants will be encouraged to move at their own pace and do what is comfortable — and just a little bit challenging. No equipment needed.

Waivers, masks, and social distancing are required. Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes before class, dress for the weather, and bring a water bottle. The class will be held outdoors with a limit of 20 participants per session.

Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays, June 14 – September 1
    • Check-in: 1:15pm
    • Class: 1:30 –2pm

*Please note: Class on Wednesday, 8/18 is cancelled.

Class recommended for: Active adults, individuals with low mobility, and senior citizens
