Everyone loves Dinner with Friends!

Join Friends for a night to savor the park we built together—and the future we’ll sustain as one. Together, we’ll celebrate the completion of Waterfront Park and launch Friends as the long-term manager and steward of this new world-class civic space in the heart of downtown Seattle.

Tickets, tables, and all donations support the ongoing work of Friends to maintain, program and care for Waterfront Park. All tickets include valet parking, a beautiful meal served family-style, and an inspiring evening of celebration and connection. Thank you for your support of the Friends annual fund!

D’Vonne Lewis

Artist

D’Vonne Lewis was named the 2013, 2018, 2021 and 2023 NW Instrumentalist of the Year and is the grandson of 1950s-60s Northwest organ legend Dave Lewis, the‘Godfather’ of rock and roll/soul. Lewis composes for his own bands: D’VonneLewis & NW D’Lux and LIMITED EDITION.

Trae Holiday trained in media from a young age and continued through school, graduating from UW. After being displaced by gentrification, she began working on the solutions through Converge Media as two-time Emmy Award Winning Media Personality, TV Show Host, and Producer.

Yes! Guest names and email are due 2 weeks before the event. If you don’t yet know your guest names: please enter “TBD” and your own email for each guest at checkout. Later, you can send the names and email to Natalie at [email protected]. We’ll update our records so your guests receive event communications directly.

Yes! Friends of Waterfront Park is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We’ll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation. Our Tax ID number is: 80-0867356.

Unfortunately, no. This is a 21+ event.

Complimentary valet parking is provided for all guests. Simply pull into the roundabout in front of Victory Hall (1201 1st Avenue S, across from T-Mobile Park) and our valet team will take care of the rest.

Dinner with Friends will take place rain or shine, as the event is indoors. In the unlikely case of a public safety concern, Friends may cancel the event if conditions are deemed unsafe by our team or local authorities. Because this is a fundraiser supporting the work of Friends and the stewardship of Waterfront Park, we’re unable to issue refunds for cancellations or if you can no longer attend.

You may use your DAF to make a contribution to Dinner with Friends, but IRS rules don’t allow DAF grants to cover tickets, tables, or any portion of the event that provides benefits (like dinner or valet). For those purchases, please use personal payment.
