About the Program

Movement, Wellness, and Play engages participants of all ages and accessibility to experience free fitness and wellness classes —flow through yoga, feel the beat with Zumba, reset with a sound bath, or build strength with dynamic training and basketball.

WHERE | Set on Pier 62 at Waterfront Park, this program provides participants a chance to discover wellness with the city, sea, and mountains as your backdrop!

AMENITIES | Water refill stations onsite, limited number of available yoga mats, and ADA restrooms on-site.
