About the Program

Movement, Wellness, and Play engages participants of all ages and accessibility to experience free fitness and wellness classes —flow through yoga, feel the beat with Zumba, reset with a sound bath, or build strength with dynamic training and basketball.

WHERE | Set on Seattle’s new Pier 62 at Waterfront Park, this program provides participants a chance to discover wellness with the city, sea, and mountains as your backdrop!

AMENITIES | Water refill stations onsite & limited number of yoga mats available.

Coming Soon! Friends of Waterfront Park has collaborated with local, experienced teachers and instructors to curate a lineup of wellness classes for this year’s Movement, Wellness, and Play Program.

About Pier 62: an outdoor space in downtown Seattle providing various amenities such as wheelchair accessible seating, shade, water, cooling fans, and ADA accessible restrooms
