About Sound Baths

Join us for a rejuvenating evening that begins with a brief breath meditation and leads into a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath.

Deep breathing and the sound bowl vibrations can help ground the nervous system and provide a unique opportunity to release, recalibrate, and begin anew. All are welcome!

Meet the Instructor: Heather Ace Adams

Heather Adams is a breath meditation teacher and writer based in the Pacific Northwest. She is currently working to reconnect people with ancestral ways to heal the body, mind and soul. When she’s not facilitating a ceremony, you can find her traveling to a new exciting place (or old favorite), fussing over her houseplants or dance-walking around the neighborhood.

Semi Woo seeks to offer warm, inclusive and compassionate spaces for BIPOC and their allies to heal and discover their true nature. The focus is on mindfulness, self-compassion, ancestral healing and the holistic use of spiritual and plant medicine to heal the body, mind and soul.
