Tuli Lodge

Tuli Lodge is working to melt the Seattle freeze through sauna and cold plunges. Deeply rooted in social connection, Tuli Lodge’s vision is to create an experience where you can sweat, chill, and connect- with friends, strangers, or just yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s like your favorite dive bar, but no sloshy beer on the floor and your body will leave feeling better not worse. A social sauna is a place to sweat, chill, and connect — with friends, strangers, or just yourself. Think fewer screens, more steam.

Each session will be 60 minutes. Tuli Lodge suggests you alternate between a 10-20 minute sauna session and 1-3 minutes of cold exposure (whether that be just handing out outside or in the cold plunge is your choice).

Cozy 6-person saunas arranged around fire pits, plunge tubs, and comfy chairs. Kind of like a backyard BBQ, but super cozy and in the winter.

Tuli Lodge will always going to try to keep a session cheaper than two drinks (cocktails) at the bar, and is aiming to keep it under $30 for a single session. It will be WAY cheaper for monthly members.

A bathing suit. Bring two towels: one to sit on, and one to dry off after your plunge. Bonus points for sandals and a robe.

Sauna is an ancient practice rooted in cultures around the world — from the steamy savusaunas of Finland to the banyas of Russia, sweat lodges of Indigenous peoples, and onsen traditions in Japan. It’s always been about more than heat: it’s a space to cleanse, connect, and feel grounded again.

Cold plunging often goes hand-in-hand — from icy lake dips in the Nordics to frigid pools in Roman bathhouses — as a ritual of renewal. It shocks the system in the best way, bringing clarity, calm, and a rush of vitality.

Nope, totally optional!

No – all gender identities are welcome in all saunas. Saunas are shared, and we are building an atmosphere centered on respect for all identities interested in joining. We may occasionally host events that are affinity-oriented (for example: a femme-identifying sauna session) – if this is something you’re interested in, let us know!

Absolutely. Tuli is built for solo sweating and for socializing.
