Waterfront Recreation: Stability & Mobility

About the Class

Experience a 30-min class dedicated to building stability and strength over time. This class is tailored to guide participants through careful low-ballistic movements and is progressively beneficial over the course of the four weeks. Participants will be encouraged to move at their own pace and do what is comfortable—and just a little bit challenging! No equipment needed.

To safely participate, we require participants to be injury-free and in reasonably good health. Please commit to trying us for all four weeks and arrive promptly to secure your spot! The class will be held outdoors with a limit of 20 participants. Completing an on-site waiver, wearing a mask, and social distancing is required.
