Come celebrate the summer in joyful celebration with your waterfront neighbors! Live music, dance, interactive activities, food, and fun for all ages.

All Ages

Friends of Waterfront Seattle invites you to gather with your waterfront neighbors in a celebration all along the Seattle downtown waterfront. The third annual Waterfront Block Party will be even bigger than previous years, with multiple hot spots along the shoreline from the Olympic Sculpture Park, to Pier 62, to Occidental Park. Featuring live music, dance, parades, food trucks, family-friendly crafts, and more. Come down and celebrate summer with friends, family, and community!

Elite Collective will be livestreaming on site 5-8pm.

Join in to conclude the parade with a bang! Blue Thunder and Northside Step Team will lead the march, arriving 5pm to perform at Pier 62!

Meet our City partners who are handling all things construction for Waterfront Park! They’ll be answering questions and handing out swag so be sure to swing on by.

Drop by our Welcome Table to say “hi”, ask questions about the work we’re doing to support Waterfront Park, and check out the free swag!

Learn about how ACRS helps empower Asian-Americans, Pacific Islanders, and other underserved communities through their multilingual and multicultural services!

Take a selfie with a Pike Place pig and learn all about their wonderful social services and programs!

 

The Seattle Aquarium will be promoting their Cedar River Salmon Journey program and sharing more information about the new Ocean Pavilion that is being developed.

Our friends at BECU will be at Pier 62 to teach folks about their member-owned, not-for-profit institution, and all the great services they offer!

KNKX is an ambassador for jazz and blues, and a vital source of quality, non-commercial news, including NPR and regional coverage. The programming staff are storytellers who reach deeply into the community to reflect the voices of our region.

Check out this amazing exhibit created by our friends at Vivid Matter Collective and learn about its ties to Hip Hop’s incredible 50-year legacy. Special thanks to the Downtown Seattle Association for their support with this project.

A skill shop will be held on site by the curating artists starting at 5pm.
