Free Fitness & Wellness Classes at Pier 62
Every summer, Pier 62 hosts a range of recreation and wellness classes
Open to all ages and abilities
Friends of Waterfront Seattle is excited to host FREE classes led by expert fitness and wellness instructors on Pier 62. Classes include dance-inspired cardio fitness, cultural dance, yoga, and meditation.
Waivers are often required, see individual event pages for details. Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes before class, dress for the outdoor weather, and bring a water bottle. For classes with a pre-registration option, people who sign up will be notified in the event inclement weather requires class cancelation when possible. Pre-registration is encouraged but walk-ins are still welcome.
