Waterfront Recreation

Friends of Waterfront Seattle is excited to host FREE 30-minute classes by The Next Level Fitness (TNLF) for the community to enjoy on Pier 62. Waivers, masks, and social distancing are required. Participants are asked to arrive 20 minutes before class, dress for the weather, and bring a water bottle. The class will be held outdoors with a limit of 20 participants per session.

Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays, June 14 – September 1
    • Check-in: 1:15pm
    • Class: 1:30 – 2pm

Class recommended for: Adults in good basic health
Participation Limit: 20 people per session
Session Duration: 30 minutes
Price: Free

HIIT The Pier is a fun, 30-minute high-intensity interval training class that will keep you feeling good all day. Different from many classic HIIT classes, this class uses non-ballistic movements that improve strength, stability, and flexibility. No equipment needed!

    • Class: 2:30 –3pm

Class recommended for: Active adults, individuals with low mobility, and senior citizens
Participation Limit: 20 people per session
Session Duration: 30 minutes
Price: Free

Experience a 30-minute class dedicated to building stability and strength over time. This class is tailored to guide participants through careful low-ballistic movements and is progressively beneficial over the course of the four weeks. Participants will be encouraged to move at their own pace and do what is comfortable—and just a little bit challenging! No equipment needed!
