Join us at Pier 62 for a relaxing yoga class with Atlee Treasure, Wednesday evenings July through August.

All ages welcome!

📢 Update 07/05/2023: Today’s class has been cancelled due to unhealthy air conditions.

Join Atlee of Treasure Movement in a fun exploration of yoga. Classes are geared toward those who want to explore their yoga practice and build on strength and mobility. Atlee’s teaching is designed to give you the tools and foundation to dig deeper into the mind and body’s potential. We will explore basic foundational poses each week, and focus on tuning and connecting with the breath. Movements will open up those difficult, hard-to-reach muscles that may limit flexibility, all while focusing on the breath and building peace from within.

Check-in begins at 5:45pm. Please arrive promptly to secure your spot. The class will be held outdoors. Waivers are required. Pre-registration is encouraged, but drop-ins are still welcome. Dress comfortably for the weather, bring a yoga mat, and water bottle.

Need more mid-week wellness? Stay for Sound Journey Meditation at 7:15pm following yoga (July – August 23).
