Enjoy an evening of cultural arts and fitness with African folkloric dance classes, offered to youth and adults of all levels. Participants will experience an opportunity of self empowerment and celebration. This class is a great workout, and you’ll learn dances of West Africa to professional live drumming.

Participants should be injury free and in reasonably good health. Children must participate with an adult, no drop offs. Please arrive promptly to secure your spot. The class will be held outdoors with a limit of 30 participants, who are required to socially distance. Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes before class, dress for the weather, bring a water bottle, and come ready to dance!
