To kick off summer in downtown Seattle, Love, SeaTown is hosting a series of happy hours and block parties in downtown Seattle on May 18, 19 and 20. These three days of free concerts and events will celebrate the best our city has to offer and welcome folks back to check out live musical performances, frequent beer gardens, and get reacquainted with our downtown shops, bars and restaurants. Blitz the Seahawk and the Seattle Sounders FC’s Sound Wave Band will also be in attendance! Come enjoy the music, get a bite to eat from a food truck, and relax at a beer garden.

Friends is proud to be a sponsor of Blitz’ Kicks 4 Kids Campaign, a joint effort with the Seahawks Women’s Association, to provide free shoes to kids and families in under-resourced communities. In early 2022, Friends’ community engagement team supported Blitz in distributing 150 pairs of new Nike shoes to members of the CD Panthers, a youth football and cheer league.
