HIIT The Pier is a fun, 30‑minute high‑intensity interval training class that will keep you feeling good all day

HIIT The Pier is a fun, 30-minute high-intensity interval training class that will keep you feeling good all day. Different from many classic HIIT classes, this class uses non-ballistic movements that improve strength, stability, and flexibility. No equipment needed.

Waivers, masks, and social distancing are required. Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes before class, dress for the weather, and bring a water bottle. The class will be held outdoors with a limit of 20 participants per session.

Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays, June 14 – September 1
    • Check-in: 2:15pm
    • Class: 2:30pm – 3pm

*Please note: Class on Wednesday, 8/18 is cancelled.

Class recommended for: Adults in good basic health
Participation Limit: 20 people per session
